Too bad I was absent in the category this week. Still trying to adjust to the new questionnaire. While I'm still not satisfied with the questionnaire giving preferential treatment to projects whose owners are on the blockchain, I'll still do what my best and do what I've been doing since the beginning of this year. I hope the questionnaire is tweaked again, and everyone is given a level playing ground.
I tried contacting a project owner on Github about writing articles about his project(Neither steemit nor utopian was mentioned), he accepted but, I was warned against the act. So what does this imply? It means only project owners on the blockchain can be contacted, and most of them publish contents themselves.
PS: I'm not saying this so it suits me. I just feel equality is right. The way the questionnaire is, at the moment, is simply telling a contributor; "I value the content of the project owner more than yours."
Have a nice day @didic.
Well, that is not true. You can contact project owners outside the blockchain. Contents written for projects are copywriting efforts. You may not necessarily need to contact the project owner if you are only reviewing or promoting the project personally.
Thanks for your reply @knowledges. But, I think my point hasn't been understood yet. This issue is no longer a concern to me.
