I'm actually trying to build a Q&A platform on top of Steem that you might be interested in checking out - https://adrogavi.com/

It's currently in alpha so there might be bugs and everything needs a bit of polishing but it works.

I'm looking into ways to implement a feature where all questions posted to Steem with #question tag would show up in adrogavi, that way those who wish to provide answers, could use adrogavi as their home to do that, if they so wish.
