Add btcgpu.org to HTTPS-Everywhere

btcgpu.org is BTG's official website, which support https but use http by default.

I hate that.

So, let's go.

Create one XML file with the content below:

<ruleset name="btcgpu.org">
    <target host="btcgpu.org" />
    <target host="www.btcgpu.org" />

    <rule from="^http:" to="https:" />
</ruleset>

Then pull request to EFForg/https-everywhere:

Create btcgpu.org.xml by ivysrono EFForg/https-everywhere

At last, users of HTTPS-Everywhere will auto visit https://btcgpu.org/ with next release.

        @ivysrono the bot also checks the length of the body in comparison with all the other posts in this category. Since I write a lot when I push new code the Utopian Bot will vote with less power. this is what they meant to tell you :)

                you can make the post more informative so as to have more vote for utopian.io

                Contributions MUST BE Informative and Narrative

                The contribution must contain as much details as possible and have some graphical contents into it (videos, images, etc.). The length of the body of the contribution must be enough to give every possible detail about the submitted contribution. If this rule is not met, the contribution won't be submitted in Utopian. A moderator can request for changes before the contribution will be accepted.

                  Possibly I will advise you to add more information to the post by using edit button. ThanksYou have a great post @ivysrono , but you may not receive a great percentage of upvote from utopian bot.
