Components
Clicking “reply” to a post when the bandwidth limit is reached.
Proposal
Add the warning that the bandwidth limit is reached right after the user clicks “reply”. Currently, the warning pops up after users write their comment and click “post.
If a user’s bandwidth is low, this is how the reply process should take place:
Click reply --> get a warning about low bandwidth BEFORE typing a comment.

Benefits
When new users join steemit, their first impression of the system is very important to keep them coming back. Also, their trust in the web site depends on how smooth their user experience is.
The way that bandwidth limit is handled now can deter new users from staying and interacting on steemit further.
Here’s what currently happens when a new user is low on bandwidth:
Find a post they like >>> Click Reply >>> Write a long thoughtful comment >>> click post >>> get bandwidth error
This results in their reply not being posted and a very bad user experience. This can create a very bad impression on a new user who is still building trust with steemit. It can give an illusion that the web site is still not reliable and make many people leave before they even have a chance to get started.
I believe that anything that can improve user experience and confidence in steemit to keep them posting on the web site is very important.
