Tanslation to portuguese of Steem Bluepaper (508 words).

Today I finished translating 508 words of Steem Bluepaper, and waiting for approval. This is a Portuguese translation of the project.

The translation was submitted via Crowdin (https://crowdin.com/project/steem-bluepaper/pt-PT#). Also you can find this project directly in GitHub repo (https://github.com/bookchainio/steem-bluepaper)

Before start today, was translated 2 419 words, now there are 2 927 words translated, so i have translated 508 words today.
