Hi @mbilalihsan, it is a challenge to get views on your posts when you just get started on steemit. You can try to post in the popular categories like "life", "blog", "photography" or "steemit" (but be sure to write something relevant to that category!). Looking back I think the best strategy is to write comments on posts (like you did here) so other people here get to know you and hopefully visit yout blog to check out your posts.
Don't flood your blog with copy-and-paste content from elsewhere on the internet. Unless you add some personal commentary, that is frowned upon. This seems to be what you are currently doing. Try to write something personal, your opinions, your ideas, something you are passionate about - and people will eventually find you.
