Honestly.... you are new enough that it is highly unlikely that the big guys who would flag you for voicing your opinion on the matter would notice. There are many whales who share your view, and post about it. So they are doing more infighting at a higher level to notice us peons. LOL
Bottom line, Be true to yourself, if you write a post you think is valuable to the platform, post it! don't delete something in fear of repercussions.
I don't call on favors lightly, but if someone I know gets flagged into the depths because they posted something a whale didn't like, I do have resources to call in to reverse the effect of the flag if needed. There are people here who look out for the little guy, as long as the little guy gets in touch with the right people. LOL
Let me know if you decide to post something along those lines. I follow you, but there is a lot in my feed that I don't always get to, and I would surely want to make sure I read that post!

Thanks Mike @mikepm74, I'll give it another go, dunno what went wrong last time, but I couldn't find another name I was looking for, even though I know it's there somewhere. Maybe a glitch my end. I was just now working on the piece I want to write but just suffered a dreaded blue screen computer crash, and 20mins recovery with a black screen until she finally fired up again. It's first one on this machine, I was using 'notepad' which has no autosave, resulting in losing all the additions I'd added over the last hour or so, doh!
So I'm going to go back to that whilst it's still fresh in my mind and see if I can get my ideas down before getting ready to party the NY in.
I'll msg you later this eve if I have time spare after that or tmro, but again NY eve party abuses permitting. Otherwise Tuesday, before come down wednesday, lol. There's no rush but I'm hoping you'll be able to simply advise me as to whether I'm completely nutz or sane and rational. I think the latter, but it's not unheard of for me to be mistaken, lol. But it feels that what I want to say is very obvious, yet it seems, from what I can see, nobody wants to mention it outloud unless in quite a vague, non specific way. Sometimes things need spelling out and although I don't enjoy confrontation very much, there are some things that need to be confronted.
Having only been here a couple of weeks, I'm unsure as to whether it's my place to do that, or indeed if anyone will actually even see it.
I do appreciate very much the words above, and that people can get protection if in their hearts they are doing right and as a result getting bullied for it. That must be warming for many good honest people here to know. It seems typical of the 'spirit' I see here on steemit that makes me feel very positive about being a part of it, despite the unfainesses that prevail. After all there is no life or way of life that doesn't have unfairness, balance is the key of course. ;)
