And bible is an application that allows offline bible reading, mobile and easy to use. This suggestion will be in the bible passage section and the app settings.
Proposal
And bible is a very useful app, that helps users in easy reading of bible verses. I suggest that users should be able Highlight important bible verses, by using the highlight button, also there should be a daily bible reading notification from the application.
Mockups / Examples
Here is where the highlight button should be located, after selecting the passage or verse to be highlighted.
After selecting the verse to be highlighted, click on the highlight button which is circled with red in the above image, after clicking on the button, then the colours to represent the highlighted part will come up as shown below
After selecting the color, then this is how the highlighted part should look like below
Here is how the daily bible reading notification should look like, in the app settings section.
The above image shows the daily bible reading notification section, where in users can set alarm of which the notification should come up, and also the enable and disable notification button.
Benefits
The highlight bible verse feature, this will enable users highlight important bible verses and note them by highlighting them, making the verse different from other verses, and it brings about noticing that verse when going through the bible. The daily bible reading notification will help in giving users notification to read their bible daily, and it will make users use the application frequently, the alarm feature in the daily bible reading notification section, will give a resounding notification as well.

According to Utopian Guideline
Suggestion of trivial and/or very common features in similar/alternative apps will not be considered for potential reward.If you long press on the text it get highlighted and notification is a very common feature, you suggested that in your previous rewarded contribution here and it was rewarded because of the little benefit users can get on the feature.
Suggesting the same feature here again is not a good idea as it is a common suggestion and the importance on this application is not worth to be rewarded and for quality control purposes it does not deserve to be rewarded.
I believe you could suggest things that will have better value not Notifications on every project.
