I've got not much details for you right now as I've just found this post and the GitHub repo, but there seems to be a subtle bug in the extension. See the issue I've just posted.
Btw. how about adding this project to the bughunt whitelist? :)

Short answer as to why this happens is that I use utopian.io as my SC2 callback URL and because of that I had to enable the extension on utopian.io. I forgot that my HTML insertions and custom CSS could break that!
