[Bug found] The application won't open

Expected behavior

This application should be launch first so that the features to this application can be accessible by the user.

Actual behavior

The problem is, this application cannot be open in my device.

How to reproduce

To reproduce the bug, just launch this application using similar to this device of mine. Actually, I tried to reproduce this bug using the device of my sister which is similar also to mine and the same problem was encountered, the application won't really open.

  • Operating system:
    Phone Brand: Vivo
    Model: V5
    RAM: 4GB
    OS: Android 6.0.1

        Your contribution cannot be approved because.

        Here, it seems like the App developer already knows about the crash bug. Accepting this post would not help remedy the situation. it would only add your VIVO phone to the list. That contribution is too minimal and cannot be considered as a whole bug but only as a subpart of it.
