We will be getting data in quarter for the year 2017, even if December 2017 is not yet over, at least we do have initial statistics that we can use for our individual analysis.
We will be checking which quarter does perform well. Again, i will be making a graph that would make our individual analysis easier.
We will be checking data on new accounts related and group them into quarters and see which one did really done well and which one has not. We will be looking also on the upvotes and the downvotes so we will able to know their data.
Sometimes traffic really matters to a website, that is why we are gathering data also for resteems so we may take a look which quarter did contribute huge traffic to author's post.

In the figures below 3rd quarter has the most registered users with 153,787 and then the lowest one is on the 1st quarter with having only 19,724 newly created users.

In pie view we have seen that 3rd quarter has the most new registered members with having 42.46% which is almost half of the total pie. 4th Quarter followed second with 26.41% new registration , 2nd quarter in third rank with 25.69% and lastly 1st quarter with 5.45% only.
C. UpVotes Statistics
As we checked on the Upvote Data 3rd quarter have acquired 32,295,669 upvotes which was considered a record high for year 2017 based on quarter. We have seen that 4th Quarter has around 28,954,056 total upvotes now and December has not yet over.
We would possibly expect that 4th Quarter may surpass 3rd quarter's current total upvotes.

In the figures below 3rd quarter has generated the most downvotes which combined by both bots and users with total downvotes of 318,653. 4th Quarter was far second with having 194,477 total downvotes.

On the number of resteems still 3rd quarter have the biggest value with 923,670 total resteems and it was followed by 4th quarter with 696,319 total resteems.

As we checked on the figures 2nd quarter have the most generated rewards with having 6,055,007.455 total generated rewards. It was very close with 3rd quarter's 5,867,275.228 total generated rewards.

Final Analysis
We have seen that 3rd Quarter has been performing well based on the figures and the pie graph that we have seen. 4th Quarter might have a chance to surpass all the values since December has not yet over and values day by day will rise up.
I think around 4th week of December , 4th Quarter will dominate.
That would be my own analysis. You just need to look into the graph and analyse the data yourself on what would be the other possibilities might happened at the end of the year.
