Let me rephrase my comments,
If you are trying to be part of a community, you do not start by downvoting their moderators.
I will advise you to learn more about flagging and when it should be used as it is not advised to use this way. The moderator was simply following the guidelines which he was given to follow. I will link you some good contributions below.
I may have used the wrong words before, sorry for that.
You are not an expert, but you could have done a little bit of research on your part for what tags to use, what to write in the template and why we provide a template, our guidelines are just to help users It is not a necessity. But it sort of defines how we score your post. you can't just post you found a bug in "abc" app to utopian without following guidelines. Even most of the open source projects have there issue templates or guidelines which they advise you to follow. You need to take initiative, report to devs in the issue tracker of there project, Wait for them to confirm its a bug, and then make a report, those are efforts which we appreciate. Now, we only accept bugs in this specified document here which we update from time to time with new projects.
Industry, cuz it's not how we or any good open/closed source organization operate. Your post lacks in formatting and proper details about Project, bug description, Steps to reproduce, what actions you did to report the bug to the Project Owner? (Proof of Work done).
That's why our mod was making sure you understand our project, It wasn't a drone reply, It was feedback written based on your post. here, he tried to explain to you why we cannot review your post. But, you downvoted him which isn't expected because the mod was performing his job.
