Hello, @pritpatel And thanks for posting on utopian. Unfortunately this project is filled with bugs and the bug you mentioned has already been reported.
The create account redirection is temporary I think, as the developer hasn't installed the functionality into it yet. As you can see this project shouldn't be in beta phase. its riddled with bugs and doesn't have functionality, I'm glad you have linked your GitHub account on utopian As our updated rules have mentioned.
However i do not want your post to be ignored like this. As you can see the mentioned issues are on Utopian and steemit posts But it's not on Github issues, I would very much like you to copy your markdown from the post and post it in the issue on Steemdb repository. this would help the project a lot. It won't reward your post. but it would be helpful to the opensource project.
if you can't do it it's still okay.
thanks for understanding.

Hi @sachincool thank you for the detailed explanation. i agree that there are lot of bugs in the project but the bug i have mentioned is only partial reported as the bug you pointed out just describes the Update link and not the other two.
For the second one you have pointed out that "The create account redirection is temporary I think, as the developer hasn't installed the functionality into it yet" But this is not mentioned anywhere and this is just a mater of simple link redirection of navigating user to create account and not developing a entire new functionality.
For the third one i can see there is a bug mentioning that post is not getting displayed in steemDB but the tab links on the empty posts are not working also - (There should be a Data not fond or some similar message in case of functionality not working.)
Also there is a 4th point that i have mensioned in the comment of the that bug that Edit posts are working properly. you can find this comment here
I will post this post in the issue on Steemdb repository
Also i have a question if you could help ? As you have marked this bug as a duplicate. i am not going to be banned from posting another bug ? am i ? because there are lots of other opensource projects with lots bug that are not maintained properly and i don't want to take any risk as i am looking forward to contribute more.
Thanks,
Pritesh
No, No You're definitely the Crowd we like to target .
we only report those Cases where users are blindly creating posts without checking for duplicates. yours is an honest mistake :D
Is there anything i can help you with ?
Hi @sachincool. thank you for the replay. it helpes :-)
I have posted the issue post on the Github repository Github Issue as you suggested.
I do have a couple of question though. I tried to find the answers on steemit and utopion.io but was't able to get the clear idea. so if you can help i would really appreciate a lot.
Standard response time of the approval for bug-hunting is 48 hours so what will happen if 2 or more persons posts the same bug ? I wonder that in this case quality description of the bug counts. but still if you can please clarify more
going with same above scenario if one proper bug gets approved then will the second one will be marked as a duplicate ? Because technically until the bug is approved there is no duplicate and therefore it can not be marked as a duplicate.
Suppose i have posted bug and before bug gets approved and withing 48 hours bug gets resolved by developers then will it be consider as a genuine bug or it will be marked as a Not able to reproduce ?
If bug is genuine but it's reporting method hasn't followed the utopion rules then it will be rejected and bug reporter will be asked to correct it and submit it again. In this case what if someone adds a same bug but with proper instructions and following all the rules ? What will be outcome in this scenario ?
Same way if reporter is asked to edit the bug and submit it again then does 48 hours waiting window still apply ? or approval of the bug comes immediately.
I am sorry for the long list of questions. i could have asked you on discord but in this way someone new like me can find a way around bug hunting just by reading this and not have to ask same thing on discord , thus reducing the effort of future explaining.
Sorry for the delayed replay and long comment :-) I
Thanks,
Pritesh
