Brave browser doesn't show twitter preview in update 0.21.17

Expected behavior

Brave should normally show preview of twitter.com when a user hovers on a tab.

Actual behavior

Brave doesn't show preview of twitter.com pages.

How to reproduce

  1. Visit a page in twitter.com
  2. Open another tab
  3. Hover on the twitter.com page tab from the other tab
  • Browser: Brave 0.21.17
  • Operating system: Windows 10
