there's some possibility then:

• your title not unique, means that your title already exists before.
• steem cannot post an article within interval 5 minutes, (prevent spamming).

i don't know if there was any problem for title's existing as i always test websites like this kind of post and i never posted on framesia before.
and 2nd option is a good reason, but i know this rule and i had not done any post at the time of testing.

And i also verified this bug one of my native developer

And utopian mod also verified the issue, so i am sure that there was some problem with Framesia at that time
