Windows is only the most widely used Desktop Operating System.

If you look at the mobile market or server market the numbers are different.

Also to chime in on the security aspect of operating systems, I think the user of the system itself is the biggest factor regarding how secure a system is.

The links dont seem to show the numbers you are reflecting in your article. we need credible sources for those numbers on which you are basing the results of your blog post

Thank you, but at the current state this still cannot be accepted. The research dates back to 2004. I'm sure you realize how far away this goes in terms of computing and how many things have changed since :)
Utilizing screenshots about windows 10 could confuse the user.
