Welcome to my first blog post on the Money Series. I've spoken to different people from different parts of the world on money and I've learn from different ideologies.
In this post I'll be briefly explaining my ideology of money and how to aquire it.
For the next 3days, I'll be writing on money(meaning, types of money, how to aquire money etc).
If you are reading this post, then your life is about to turn for the best as I shall be revealing to you where money is hiding.
Many times I hear people say "the absence of money is poverty" well that's a discussion for another post so stay in touch but in this post we'll be taking a new look on what money truly is
WHAT IS MONEY?
Money as we all know is a medium of exchange of goods and services.
To really understand the concept of money, let me take you some years back to the first method of trade before the invention of money. In the very early days of trading, people carried out transactions through a system called barter.
For example: a fashion designer who makes clothes, and needs potatoes would have to take his/her clothes in search of a farmer who has potatoes. Sometimes the fashion designer finds a farmer who has potatoes(what he needs) but doesn't need clothes(what he has). You can imagine how difficult it was to trade.
Follow me closely!
So to reduce the stress involved in trading at that time, money was invented as a means of exchange, so a farmer does not necessarily take his yam tubers to the bus driver for transportation instead he takes money as a representation of the worth or value of the yam tubers he has at home.
This is the part where it becomes interesting.
What if I told you that the real money is not the 'paper notes and coins' we carry about, what if I told you that real money is 'value' and what we refer to as money today, is a representation of the value we posses. Value could be in goods or services.
You'll have as much money as the value you possess, so instead of chasing after money, chase after the real thing which is value.
The rich in our society knows this, while the poor don't believe it and this knowledge makes all the difference.
It's a battle of the mind, if you win this battle then you've taken the first step towards amazing transformations in your life.
If you think that without anything of value (inform of service or product) to offer to someone, you'll get money to come your way then you are the best joker of 2018.
Look around you, what do you see that is without its value? From the trees to the buildings, land, water, everything you see has its value. Even the air we can't see has it's value
Note this and please write it down 'the most containers of value in our world today are invisible'.
in the part 2 of this Money series, I'll discuss extensively what value really is and how you can aquire value so you can attract money. So stay in touch.
I will love to read your thoughts and contributions in the comment section.
