RE: Analysis of Timing of Upvote Bot Use

I have been observing a thing or two about the upvote bots. They are both good and bad. These bid bots are completely waste of money but are only good if some one wants to promote his post. Its just like an advertisement for the post. This post then earns from natural upvotes that comes after the posts ends up in trending tab. This is true only if people find the post useful or the blogger upvotes the comments. Thus i personally think that it was a loss anyhow if the votes were bot on the last day.
On the other hand what grumpy cat did was a clear abuse. Those who have not broken any rule should not have been punished. This was outright abuse of the power specially when he was giving a 100% upvote to self. That to his upvote is worth 200$ STU.
When the powerful use their power to set the rules on a decentralized platform then that is certainly a very bad thing. It is certainly bad for decentralization.
As far as your work is concerned it was really informative.
