Terms and difficulties

There is no requirement in this tutorial, you can directly test it through the steemit editor. You can definitely find something useful here. This tutorial is perfect for beginners in steemit.

Headings

There are 6 levels of sections (headings) for compiling text. To indicate the level of headings you just need to add the hashtag # before your post title, and give space between the hashtags with the headings.

# Headings 1

### Headings 3
#### Headings 4

Arrangement of paragraph

I've learned and seen a lot about how to organize text in a paragraph, here you can create it. Putting parallel paragraphs to the left, aligned to the right and even in the middle, and leveling left and right just by adding a little code that is very easy to remember.

To make paragraphs aligned to the left, we do not change anything, just need to write content normally.

<div class="text-right">To make paragraphs parallel to the right, we just add a little code that is easy to remember. </div>

<div class="text-center">To make paragraphs parallel to the middle, we just add a little code that is easy to remember. </div>

<div class="text-justify">To make the paragraphs align left and right we just add a little code that is easy to remember and requires sufficient text. </div>

Formatting in paragraphs

The most commonly used writing and editing is to make the writing look bold and italic, and we can also use both simultaneously. You can also delete some parts of the text by not actually deleting it. But by showing the line of strokes on your writing.

**Bold**
*Italics* atau _Italics_
**_Bold Italics_**
~~Strikethrough~~

If we quote a post, we should not forget using the right angle symbol > , and place it behind the line we want in the quotation. And give the space between the right angle symbol with the quotation.

> The first line of a quote.
>> The second line but the first line of a nested quote.
>
> Last part after leaving a blank line.

The first line of a quote.

The second line but the first line of a nested quote.

Last part after leaving a blank line.

Link

When we take a text or image from a particular website, then we must create a link to the source. This will not only increase the credibility of your work, but it will also help make resources more readily available to readers.

Here's a simple way to create links:

[Name](url)

List

When you have a list of items you want to share, but you write them in a paragraph, maybe it will make a person difficult to read. You only need to use the symbol -, + or symbol * at the beginning of your item list, by space between symbols -, + or symbols * with a list of items. In my opinion, the star * is the easiest to use.

* the first item of the unordered list
* the second item of the unordered list
    1. the first item of the nested ordered list
        * the first item of the nested unordered list
        * the second item of the nested unordered list
    2. second item of the nested ordered list
* the third item of the unordered list

Creating Tables

Tables are important structures when we want to present information in an organized way. The information presented in the tables will make it easier for someone to read it and understand it.

| Name | Category | Position |

Each proper tables must have a head to describe the data in the column. The head is defined in the first row of the tables followed by the second row with the hyphen delimiter. These two lines create a tables head. Each line is written on a new line and every two cells are divided by the pipe symbol |.

You can see that I'm using a special character: in the second line. it is used to align text in columns. We can usually align text as follows: middle: -:, left flat: -, and align right - :.

Images

Images are an important object in a post after writing. There are several ways to insert images into the steemit editor.

  • Drag and drop the image into the editor.
  • Copy and paste the image into the editor.
  • There is a dedicated button for image upload in the steemit editor.

We can also arrange the location of the image either to the left, to the right or in the middle by adding a little code that is easy to remember.

<center>link gambar</center>
<right>link gambar</right>
