What is Steepshot?
Steepshot is an open source Web application created using JavaScript and React and runs over Steem blockchain. Used to share lifestyles and visual experiences. For more details please visit Github
How to login Steepshot
- Open https://alpha.steepshot.io/ through your browser.
- Login using your steem account and enter your post key.
- To get the post key you can get in your wallet, then permissions and click show private key.
- Then enter into Steepshot and click Login with steem.
How to Make a Steepshot Post
- Click the button "Create Post".
- Enter your picture by clicking on the box that says "Click to upload a picture", then select the image you want to upload.
- Then fill your post title in "Title".
- Enter tags for your post in "Tags".
- Enter your post description in "Description".
- Then click "Create New Post" to post.
- And this is how you look when you finish post.
Profile
- View profiles, followers, Following.
- Change settings.
Technology behind Steepshot
- Series transactions and signing are processed securely on the client side.
- We can perform custom searches for any data in Steem, synchronize blockchain to local databases in real-time (MongoDB + Data Scraper + Local Steem nodes).
- We use hybrid storage architecture: Cloud Storage + IPFS.
- We always work on performance to speed up data access (Our clients use back-end software).
