Hey @shredz7 all the contributions upvoted by @utopian.trail are reviewed. That means a Utopian Reviewer must have made a review and scored the contribution from 0 to 100 based on the Utopian Quality Questionnaire, which can be found here https://review.utopian.io. It takes at least few hours before a review happens.
Maximising rewards is not fully in our scope, spreading them is. Not so many accounts can cast a vote as big the utopian ones, indeed making the prediction of those upvotes quite beneficial for all followers in most cases.
There isn't a cutoff for curation rewards is there? I thought you'd get curation rewards for any content upvoted until it's payout. Is that not correct?

It always frustrated me that accounts with a big upvote didn't always do this, it seems like a win win for everyone...
I will say that the SndBox account has implemented something like this before with a SndBox-Alpha account, but the implementation wasn't quite right and they only left a minute between voting, which meant only the curators that got in super early could benefit...

We have followed your route, it is important to bear in mind that @stem-espanol has its own route with approximately 50 users included. Then you have support for 50 more users. :)

By the way, @elear and @amosbastian, what about making another bot for posts that didn't receive any voting by the main account? Give some courtesy votings for them in the spirit of https://steemit.com/utopian-io/@blockchainstudio/utopian-bot-sorting-criteria-improvement-to-prevent-no-voting-for-mid-score-postings
