Your post is pretty nice. I liked the idea and your way of teaching.
Your code blocks are too long (hello C :) ) and it kinda distracts reader when topics change. I don't know any particular way of fixing this though so I can't advise anything. Maybe, it is better if untouched, it is your decision! Other than this, everything looks perfect. I thank you personally for preparing and sharing this!
