Components
Steem.supply is a great platform built by @dragosroua that shows Steemians their potential payouts, both on posts and on comments. But the problem i have with steem.supply platform is that it does not display the potential payouts of Steem Based Dollar (SBD) currency and of Steem Power (SP), which are the rewards Steemians get for their posts and comments. Steem.supply only displays the potential payouts in USD currency.
Proposal
I am proposing that a column should be included on steem.supply to display the potential payouts/rewards of both SBD and SP.
Mockups / Examples
The inclusion of potential SBD and SP should be both on:
Potential Payouts/Rewards on Posts:
Potential Payouts/Rewards on Comments:
Benefits
- For steemians (like myself) that don't have USD ($) as local currency, we exchange straight from SBD to our local currencies. Knowing the potential SBD can make things easier for us.
- SBD and SP are the medium to which Steemians get rewarded for their posts and curation. Including SBD and SP will help show certainty on rewards/payouts.
- It will help Steemians to properly decide on Steem Power (SP) delegation. When Steemians can predict their potential SP, then they can effectively decide on whether to delegate or not.
- It can also help Steemians in making power up decisions. When Steemians can predict their potential SBD and SP, then they can easily decide whether to exchange SBD to steem and power up or not.
Conclusion
Steem.supply is a great platform for Steemians to check the potential payouts/rewards they get for their posts and comments on Steemit. Embedding my suggestion on the site will further make steem.supply very useful and handy for both those that have USD ($) as their local currency, and those that don't.
