Travelling itself exposes me to many incubation points of illness, there simply isn’t anything to sidestep this. Flying by plane has always been one of the biggest risks of contracting illness, it’s an enclosed space filled with germs, breeding bacteria on all surfaces. Exercising a high standard of hygiene while flying is important and will be one of the biggest hurdles to jump over before being clear for a sick free travel.
Perhaps it also influences the amount of flights one will take in a shorter period as frequent exposure in the box of viral sharing is something to best avoid if possible. There is a balance of how much the body can take and avoiding those passengers who are sneezing and coughing throughout is important to stop immediate inhaling of passing germs in the air.
