Palm Oasis Cancun Mexico All Inclusive Resort

Not sure where to start with by reviewing "Palm Oasis" all inclusive resort but all I know is that I would not recommend it to anyone. Things started being bad at the airport while we waited for our transportation to arrive which took over 30min to arrive. Finally we arrived at the resort all hungry and tired. We got the key to our room and they offered us a safe box for extra charge of $7 per day. Thank you but no thank you. Our room was one of those extending rooms that had a door between us and the neighbors. You could hear everything especially at night when the couple next door was having sex and talking dirty while they are doing it. We had to tell the couple the next day and sure enough they moved out of that room.
Palm Oasis had four restaurant and none of them served good food. Not to mention not having a high chair for the little one. Every time we would have to wait like ten minutes until they find one. Sometimes borrowing a high chair from another restaurant. I was ready to to go Walmart and buy one and bring it each time we would go eat. Staff working at the Palm Oasis was not friendly at all especially at the restaurants. Drinks were terrible as well. I had to make sure they don't serve us water from the sink. The water had a funky smell when you take a shower or brush your teeth. On the beach you have those guys come to you and try to sell you coconut, heats, jewelry etc. So annoying when you try to just relax on the beach. There were three occasions where kids were drowning and one of those I ended up rescuing in the pool. Lifeguard don't pay attention or they are not around. None of the kids would were a life west while in the pool.
In conclusion, do your own research on any resort you are going to stay. Read other reviews and what people are writing about. For me, I am done going to Mexico on vacation for good. Time to visit other countries.
