- Notice where you are and what time of day it is.
- Become aware of that you are doing a mindfulness practice together.
- Become aware of the two of you, of your existence at this place, in the present moment.
- Sense your body, the whole of your body.
- Try to sense your partners body.
- Become aware of your breath, follow the inbreath and the outbreath three times.
- Feel the air touching your face, perhaps you can feel a wind blowing.
- Extend your awareness to the air surrounding you and your partner.
- Sense the two of you connected by the air thats flows around you.
- Spend some time together in silence.
