Because Italians are not so well programmable coz they have still not completely lost it in terms of living a human life (good food, family unity, sociality ect.) the government needs to destroy all abilities in the early age by vaccination. The Pasta & Puppet Media made already a great job in dumbing down a hole population, but it seems it was not enough them..
