      Good article for going the legal route (a subset of the law system). The other route is use the law itself (common law-the foundational law system) where you would file a CLAIM against the doctor in his or her capacity as a man or woman. You would file as a man or woman. There would be no lawyers allowed to speak on either side. This is why lawyers "don't use the common law". The 7th amendment guarantees the option of having this type of case when requested (done via the action of a claim).

      There is a large difference between a complaint and a claim. They designate separate jurisdictions and vary greatly in what can be done. They are polar opposites.
