You're right about everything, except formaldehyde isn't really being used in vaccines anymore. Majority of vaccines is formaldehyde-free.

In that pdf, it states that all information is current as of January 2017. 27 vaccines on the list have formaldehyde.Thanks for the comment. The ingredient list for vaccines I used in this post is from the CDC. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table-2.pdf
