Red flag 2: Only page 44 has financials. This must be the minimum allowed under the law.
Red flag 3: CFO and COO are the same person p. 42
If you and I were in the "charity" business do you think this type of disclosure would be sufficient? I think not.
No. I've actually never seen this little disclosure from a major non-profit.
