LOL...I was just reading a passage from "Rockefeller Internationalist" (1952) where the author describes how measles were well under control in NYC, until the newly-appointed Rockefeller "Health Board" people got in control of the city's health policies in the lat 40s (just after they founded the U.N.,) did away with the proven isolation methods, and rates of measles skyrocketed.
