1st i must say. Im brand new to steemit. Ive really just been lurking around since last night and reading. Watching 'how to' videos on the site. Its facinating.
This is only the 2nd time i have commented and im still not sure im doing this right.
However this post spoke to me. And i applaud you for speaking on this publicly. As a father, vaccines scare me to death! I have 2 daughters. Both will be recieving their next "batch" of vaccines. Ive done quite a bit of research on vaccines. And the science is not settled in any form. Clearly as the good doctor stated above. Vaccines seem to have many adverse side effects. And "tobacco science" seems to get a " pass" all to often in our society. I do believe most doctors/all doctors mean well. But they gain incentives from these pharma companies. And the pharm is after one thing. Maximium profits. But at what cost? The autism rates have gone through the roof since the vaccine dosages have been upped. I wont ramble any further and look forward to reading more comments and following this blog. ..Ehh i just dont know what to do in regaurds to my own children. It actually keeps me up at night sometimes. And im the type who goes nite- nite as soon as my head hits the pillow normally. .
Also i have bad eyesight. Where is the spell check when typing? My keyboard changed when typing?? Nvmd. I"ll figure it out eventually.

First of all welcome to steemit. Second of all I wish you the best on your descion to vaccinate. Like I said I was adamant that my kids would be vaccinated then my mind was changed. This is a choice that you really need to think out then do. No one can tell you to do it or not do it. Go on your gut. If you happened to have faith in God pray the answer will come to you. Third of all the spell check thing i just figured out five minutes ago high light on the word and right click you will get a spell check. Good luck on everything.
Yes, im afraid short of homeschooling the girls. they would be forced to be vaxed due to current law in our state. We have a teenager in homeschool and its tuff, has pros and cons. But im not against it, but they would be. Next year is 2nd grade and kindergarden. They really like school and seeing their friends.

I homeschool so I do not need to worry about vaccinations I am lucky in that regard. If you do decide that vaccination is not for your family contact me and I can help with curriculum ideas. If you have outside activities don't worry about them not seeing their friends. We tend to worry about things and not stop to pray. Wait on God you have summer break to decide.
