Vaccine ingredients that should make you go: “WTF?”

in #vaccines7 years ago

Sadly, to still too many people: it doesn’t.
Anti-vaxxers will come with arguments that some, if not all, vaccinations can harm a child, especially young children. In their opinion the risks outweigh the benefits.
People who are pro vaccinations, will counter these arguments by mentioning scientific/medical studies done and published and in their opinion, the benefits outweigh the risks. Most will also mention herd immunity.
These studies, of course, include the ingredients that can be found in vaccines.
I had a look at a few publications until I stumbled upon a publication by the Oxford Vaccine Group, an academic research group in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Oxford.
In their article they mention the possible ingredients and their function. After almost all of the ingredients, there is also a mention that the ingredients are harmless to the human body in the small amounts that’s in a vaccine.

I found their explanation interesting, to say the least, and I would like to take a few of these ingredients and share my thoughts.

Oxford Vaccine Group Vaccination Ingredients explanation

First of all, I’d like to give some general information about these vaccines and their ingredients.
Active ingredients: These are the parts of the vaccine made from viruses or bacteria (also called ‘antigens’). They challenge the immune system so that it makes antibodies to fight the disease.
Added ingredients: These are products such as aluminium salts that help to improve the immune response to vaccines, or products that act as preservatives and stabilisers (for example, gelatine or human serum albumin). These are listed on vaccine information leaflets as ‘excipients’ (inactive ingredients).

OK, now that we have that part over with, here are some of the ingredients. I would love to write about ALL of the ingredients, but it would make this post immensely long, so I am just highlighting those which I think are the most important to keep in mind.
The Oxford list is quite small, there are many ingredients. Look them all up if you’re interested and see what you think.

Added ingredients:
-Aluminium
-Thiomersal (Thimerosal)
-Gelatine
-Human serum albumin and recombinant albumin
-Sorbitol and other stabilisers
-emulsifiers
-taste improvers

*Products used in vaccine manufacture:
-Antibiotics
-Egg proteins (ovalbumin)
-Yeast proteins
-Formaldehyde
-Acidity regulators
-Human cell-lines, animal cell lines and GMOs
-Bovine products
-other growing media

Aluminium
On their website, the Oxford Vaccine group states the following:
The amount of aluminium present in vaccines is extremely small - less than 2 milligrams of the salts, and less than a milligram of actual aluminium. After vaccination there is a temporary increase in the amount of aluminium in the body, but this is not a lasting effect. There is no evidence that this causes any risk to babies and children. Aluminium is a very common metal in the environment, and it is also found naturally in breast milk, formula milk, some foods and drinking water. Small amounts therefore accumulate naturally in children’s bodies.

In the last sentence, they mention that small amounts accumulate naturally.
But the only things that can have aluminium naturally are food or breast-milk.
Saying that it is 'naturally' in baby formula makes them sound very unprofessional. And stupid.
Maybe water. However, this is different from the artificially added aluminium in for instance formula and vaccines.
There are many doctors who say that aluminium in any amount is unsafe.
And since it accumulates, this could be something to worry about. Even though these people and the CDC say otherwise.

Thiomersal
also called thimerosal in the US (a preservative)
Thiomersal is a mercury-based preservative used in tiny quantities in some vaccines to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi which can contaminate from the environment when the vaccine is opened.
They claim that the small amounts don’t harm a child. But again, there are enough people who will tell us otherwise.
In Europe it is not used much anymore, as a precaution, but they still maintain it can do no harm. Strange to say the least?
Same here as with aluminium. There are a few health professionals who say mercury in any amount is harmful to the body.

Gelatine (a stabiliser)
Gelatine derived from pigs is used in some live vaccines as a stabiliser to protect live viruses against the effects of temperature. Gelatine in vaccines is highly purified and hydrolysed (broken down by water), so it is different from the natural gelatine used in foods. For example, very sensitive scientific tests have shown that no DNA from pigs can be detected in the nasal flu vaccine (Fluenz). These tests show that the gelatine is broken down so much that the original source cannot be identified.
My opinion is that this is pure nonsense to keep people happy enough to inject gelatine into their bodies. It doesn’t matter to me how broken down it is. It is still gelatine belonging to another animal that goes into my blood. Thanks but no thanks.

They then continue with the biggest rubbish I’ve heard in a long time

Members of Muslim or Jewish religious communities may be concerned about using vaccines that contain gelatine from pigs (porcine gelatine). According to Jewish laws, there is no problem with gelatine or any other animal substance if it is used in a product that does not go into the mouth. Some Muslim leaders have also ruled that the use of gelatine in vaccines does not break religious dietary laws, because it is highly purified and it is also injected rather than ingested (eaten).

To all Muslim and Jewish people, our brothers and sisters (yeah, I don’t believe in division by beliefs and religion, we are all one people): If this is what they’ve told you, then your religious leaders are messing with you and don’t want you to have your own opinions or even health. They don’t give a damn about you or anyone other than themselves.
They are basically saying that it’s not OK to eat pork, thus ingest it through the mouth.
But it’s perfectly fine to inject it into your bloodstream!
We can all see this for what it is right?

Of course it doesn't happen like this with vaccines. I just thought I'd throw it in for the horror factor. Besides, this is beef and not pork.

Human Serum Albumin (a stabiliser)
Human serum albumin is the most common protein found in human blood. It is currently used in very small quantities as a stabiliser in one of the chickenpox vaccines used in the UK (Varilrix). It comes from blood donors who are screened, and the manufacturing process takes away any risk of passing on viruses from the serum. No viral diseases have ever been linked to the use of human serum albumin.
Ok, again nothing wrong with putting someone else’s protein into your own body. No viral diseases linked to the use of it. But it could be though, is basically what they’re saying.
Also, who’s blood was it? Was it a man, woman, child? Illnesses in the family? Genetic make-up? I feel nothing for either answer.

Recombinant human serum albumin (a stabiliser)
One of the MMR vaccines used in the UK, MMRVaxPro, contains a very small amount of recombinant human serum albumin (0.3 mg per dose). Recombinant albumin does not contain any human or animal products. The albumin is produced by cells (such as yeast cells) that have had the gene for human albumin inserted into them. The cells are then able to generate large quantities of human serum albumin without any need to extract it from human blood.
Wow great! Fake human serum albumin. Should be great.

Sorbitol and other stabilisers
Sorbitol is produced naturally in the human body and also found in fruit and berries. It is commonly used as a sweetener in foods and drinks. In vaccines it is used in small quantities as a stabiliser. There may be up to 15 milligrams of sorbitol in the MMR vaccines used in the UK (MMR VaxPro and Priorix). Sorbitol may also be present in one of the chickenpox vaccines (Varilrix). Sorbitol is usually harmless, but people with an allergy to sorbitol, or with rare inherited problems of fructose intolerance, should not receive vaccines containing sorbitol.
Other products used in very small quantities as stabilisers in vaccines include:
Sugar (sucrose)
Lactose (milk sugar)
Mannitol, similar to sorbitol – see above
Glycerol, a common non-toxic substance often used as a food additive
Medium 199, a solution which contains amino acids (the building blocks of proteins), mineral salts and vitamins
Monosodium glutamate, a salt made from the amino acid glutamine
Urea, a harmless organic compound found in the human body

Claim: sorbitol is produced naturally in the human body. And fruit and berries. So the least we have to ask ourselves is, where did they get the sorbitol from for vaccines?
I’d love to hear from anyone who knows.
Sugar and lactose. It’s always defended as harmless. But is it? Or does it trigger allergies in some?
Monosodium glutamate: I used to have huge headaches that floored me. Terrible cluster headaches. The only thing I could do against it was sleep. I read an article on monosodium glutamate and what it can do. I cut out all products with it and the headaches disappeared.
The medical world insists it is harmless. But there are many people with similar stories. But that must all be the placebo effect right? Right.

Emulsifiers
Polysorbate 80 is a common food additive used in several vaccines as an emulsifier (to hold other ingredients together). Compared to its use in foods, there is very little polysorbate 80 in vaccines.

There was a study on rats everyone should find to read. However, of course rats can’t really be compared to babies and especially the way those rats were used.
They had it injected near their uterus, and surprise: they became infertile.

I wanted to know more, so started reading a ‘scientific blog’ where Science mom and Catherina tell us all that the idea of vaccine ingredients to be harmful in itself is harmful.
In an article about polysorbate 80, they all gather and dis a woman who had her numbers wrong. The blog is located at: http://justthevax.blogspot.ie/2012/09/polysorbate-80-hysteria-one-for-maths.html
What jumped out at me is the remark of one man in particular.
Here it is:
You should recommend to her ice cream. Which is loaded with polysorbate 80 to emulsify it.
By HER insane claims, my wife of over 30 years and adult daughters reproductive tracts would've dried up and fallen out ages ago.
Which doesn't reflect my wife's 16 pregnancies and two live births (REALLY long story on that, ectopic pregnancy (her ill informed sister told my wife that ectopic pregnancies are impossible and was LOUDLY corrected, but at least the woman accepts vaccination as a good thing) and scarring preventing successful pregnancies due to a post-operative infection and some other medical misadventures). According to Amanda, that is utterly impossible!
Along with the vast majority of the industrialised world that consumes ice cream!
And nearly every other food product containing polysorbate 80.

Ok, he does mention some infection and other medical misadventures. But 16 pregnancies and only two live births? I can’t help but wonder if some of it wasn’t affected by the polysorbate 80 in vaccines, or even from ice cream?
He then goes on to say that loads of other foods contain polysorbate 80.
Yup, of course that has no influence on the vast health decline overall? Especially where people eat a lot of processed foods. Not at all. Just a coincidence.

Products used in the manufacture of the vaccine

Antibiotics

Luckily, the antibiotics that can cause allergic reactions, such as penicillin, are not used.
So no harm done right?
I beg to differ.

Human and animal cell lines

Do I really have to spell it out?

The human cell lines were taken from two aborted foetuses in the ‘60’s.
Again: am I injected with those taken from a female or male?
Was there anything in their genetics to worry about?
Health? Nothing. We only know they were aborted. But how were they aborted? Were chemicals used to induce labour? Anything? Wouldn't they remain in these cells for a while? It seems like no one is ever worried about injecting cells from another human being into our children.

This is what the catholic church says:

Some people may have concerns about using a vaccine produced using foetal tissue, even though the original cells do not exist any longer. In 2005 the Vatican’s Pontifical Academy for Life issued a statement called ‘Moral reflections on vaccines prepared from cells derived from aborted human foetuses’. This statement says that they believe it is wrong to make vaccines using human cell-lines derived from foetuses, and that there is a ‘moral duty to continue to fight’ against the use of such vaccines and to campaign for alternatives. However, it also states that if the population is exposed to ‘considerable dangers to their health’ through diseases such as rubella (German measles), then ‘vaccines with moral problems pertaining to them may also be used on a temporary basis’.

They’re pretty much saying it’s wrong.
But in case of the prevention of disease it’s OK to use it.
At least temporarily.
It's morally wrong, but this time we'll let it slide. For years and years to come.
Man, you couldn’t make this shit up.

Animal cell lines were also taken in the ‘60’s from green monkeys.
Nothing to worry about. Moving along swiftly.

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)
The only vaccine in the UK schedule which contains GMOs is the Nasal Flu vaccine (Fluenz). The viruses for flu vaccines are usually made by injecting two flu virus strains into an egg and letting them recombine naturally to make new strains. Researchers then look through all the new viruses to see which one has the features they are looking for to make this year’s vaccine. The viruses used to make Fluenz are custom-made by putting together individual genes that will give the right features. This is a quicker and more accurate process.

Now this is one that makes me scratch my head. Only Fluenz contains GMOs in the UK. But why? It’s obviously not needed (in other vaccines) so why use it?
Then they talk about how they produce the viruses for the vaccines. They tell us that two flu strains are injected into an egg to make new strains.
DO YOU READ THIS?
THEY ARE CREATING NEW FLU STRAINS.
So they can make vaccines to protect from the viruses they possibly created. How very convenient.
Nice money cow right there. Give the people something that causes illness and then have them pay for the cure or prevention without the guarantee that it works and have them thank you for it on top of that.
Oldest trick in the book.

I've come to the end of my list of ingredients and my thoughts about them.
As I said earlier, the list is much, much longer.
But I feel like this should be enough to get minds working and words rolling.
I am not a doctor or nurse. I don't give medical advise or advise on whether you should or should not vaccinate your family. I am, however, a huge fan of informed consent. To be able to consent, one should be 100% aware of what they are taking or injecting into themselves.

Thank you for reading.

re-steemed :) Keep sharing that knowledge! #curation

thank you for the re-steem and thank you for reading. It is highly appreciated. :)

Toxins no doubt. Why are the pro vaccination people so aggressive with their opinion on here?, take your vaccines and let us keep our freedom of choice.

very true. Mandatory vaccines is just taking away more and more of our freedom. Until we can't decide anything anymore. It has to stop. Thank you for reading.

your blog is balanced and full of facts - no one can say that vaccines are safe with these ingredients - i value meeting you and am now following

thank you! Very much appreciated.

You speak truth just wish all could get it. Keep speaking up!

Thank you. Your words are always appreciated.
