I've not much issue with Common Law. I abide by common law.
The usa is not under common law anymore. This is a huge study in itself, but we are running on Maritime Admiralty Law.
A corporation. USA Inc.
It is a trick. To give you a very quick delve into what I am even touching on, check this nice vid out, only 5 minutes long or so but will open you up to........a whole new world my friend!

Yeah, there's Military Law, Civil Law, and Maritime Law.
One of the key aspects of Maritime Law is that the "Captain" can throw anyone overboard at any time, essentially giving them the power of life and death over all members of their "ship".
I'm familiar with the fringed flags and I know most heads-of-state consider themselves "Captains" of their "Ships" (geographically speaking, a city is just like a boat). And often insist on special legal status (including Maritime Law).
Any time you hear "grand jury" on the news, you can bet it's a SHAM TRIAL because a "grand jury" indictment means absolutely NOTHING.
Thanks for the vid. Do you have a yo.utoob playlist?
Indeed, how bout, a COUNTRY is like a boat?
You are Cargo.
You were 'Berthed' at the "Docked Oar" and got your "Berth Certificate" so that you could be counted as the cargo that you are..
I actually don't lol. Not sure why. Just never have made playlists on any.
Well stated.
