Oh goodness no! Been there done that! Suing someone is a waste of time and energy and you are damn lucky if you get any money - the lawyers get more than you do. It's gambling. I'm over it.
He has suffered so many long term effects that my primary hope is to get my son well again. Anything else just takes my time away from that.
But I do want people to know about this. It's a clue - how many other times are they pulling the wool over our eyes LEGALLY because our legislators are on the take? Big Pharma and Obama (whom I voted for. Twice. And Clinton too) are to blame for this travesty, not the nurse who stuck it in his arm and didn't even leave a bandaid as a trace.
