It is particularly difficult because many of these people are my family, whom I love very much. And I genuinely don't judge them or blame them for their positions.
In fact, I completely understand why they think the way they do. But I also don't want to argue with them. For like you say, this does seem to bring a feeling of negativity into my life. And I won't be having any of that ;)
