I met with Ken Shishido the Japanese Bitcoin Advocate and the Founder of the super hyped Japanese Company VALU. https://valu.is/ is a new form of monetizing yourself. Let's say you want to be a professional Golfplayer and you have already won all Junior Tournaments. You can now create your own profile and advertise yourself to the crowd. If enough people buy your shares you get funded and you can withdraw Bitcoins. At the moment there is already a lot bitcoins coming into the VALU System. Meeting VALU Founder

The website is only open 9-17pm Japanese time as the Founder wants to avoid down times for the site as the site is atm not ready to scale yet. But he has already over 40K Users on the platform and a 3-digit number of Bitcoins have been invested by users into buying Shares of Users on the platform. With all the ICO craze I wonder if this will be the way how we finance ourselfes, is this system changing the way we are going to earn money? Are successful people able to get cash out upfront similar to an book author upfront through IPOing themselves?

I already register to support the project, in the not too distant future they should place the language option so that the page is accessible to all languages so that anyone in the world can experiment and test the Valu platform

This is the amazing thing about blockchain tech, we still have no idea how disruptive and transformative it will be, good or bad.

VALU is such an interesting concept it's hard to wrap my head around it still. Does this mean that the narcissist will be the person to invest in? The wealthy entrepreneur? The quiet, but brilliant blockchain tech developers like Dan The Man? I don't know, but what I do know is I will keep an eye on this project and Ogawa-san's future ventures.

This is the amazing thing about blockchain tech, we still have no idea how disruptive and transformative it will be, good or bad. I'm enjoying the ride though.
