We're being asked for a million HBD a year. Let that sink in.
Valueplan has been running for a few years now. I haven't seen any figures for a tangible benefit it's delivered in terms of increased userbase, increased market capitalisation, or increased HIVE price.
Is there any concrete data showing that Valueplan is generating an increase of over 1,000,000 HBD in Hive's value year on year ?
With my accountancy head on, if someone came to me with a proposal to spend a million dollars a year, I'd want to see either a detailed business plan with financial cost-benefit analysis, or a proposal to have the funds as a loan (with details of how repayment would be funded and over what time) rather than a gift.
If I had to drain Hive's capital by a million HBD a year, I'd rather use the funds for something like Distriator, which has been demonstrating a significant tangible benefit to Hive rather than some kind of nebulous "brand awareness" claims.
