SWOT Analysis
- Strength: Hive has a feeless, descentralized and open-to-everybody model that can unite writers, developers, investors and day-to-day funds that can be used to pay goods with an algorithmic stable coin.
Hive can take advantage of the cheap way to send and receive stable coins, to be able to give the ability to use dollars in third world countries that can have a weakness when talking about their currencies.
Hive can also bring people together as being able to serve as a social network but can also serve as a value transfer method, just like WeChat in China, but in this case it is descentralized so no política pressure or control.
-Weakness: I believe hive's greatest weakness is also it big strength, which is the inflation causes by not asking for any fee when making a transaction, this is causing inflation which has to be controlled another way.
If the inflation is not controlled by getting new users or buying the inflation, Hive can get into a devaluation that can affect old users and become a bad cycle. This can be address by getting new users and creating a virtual economy that can put together physical and digital business to make transaction inside the platform.
-Opportunities: the world is facing times of political control over people's money and way of thinking through social media. Hive can take advantage of it's descentralized nature to bring together the free speech and free money flow across the world.
-Threats: Hive can face political pressure if becoming a big competitor of social media, but also an alternative to banks and remittances businesses.
It's not easy to fight against politics, but it's descentralized nature can help avoid being followed by politicians, more so when knowing we can send and pay with descentralized funds independently to where we are and where we are going.

Content creation and curation come as a united department within Hive, as people are writing to get some money from it, but also curating develops the way writers should write, working as a reinforcer.
I believe curation should be focused on real life experiences, as it is the essence of a social network.
Community support
I believe the main focus should be in giving best practices to those who are beginning to develop s marketing roadmap withing their countries. So the learning curve can shorten and be more efficient with the funds used for this matter.
Global Outreach
Using a general marketing roadmap can be a fail, as many countries differ from other countries, for example, Venezuelan people look for an income to pay day-to-day expenses while Colombians see a 2$ gain from an article as a waste of time, while looking at a cashback from a purchase as something more important. Even when both countries are neighbors, the marketing plan should be different.
What do I use Hive for?
The main use for my hive account is a value vault, as I trust I will be able to use my funds whenever I need and want to, no matter where I am, but I can also leave a legacy to my descendants.
Community engagement
I believe one of the great advantages of Hive can be used to marketing purposes, which is being able to post information and bring people together to show what they do. Therefore, I believe the Hive red carpet was a great idea to bring people from different countries toward something united. This can also be applied to other interests, just like investments, home decoration, gaming, etc.
Educational content
I believe most people will not read something and know how to do things like creating an account, so the best way to teach and follow up would be to have a close contact with a guide, it can be through discord, telegram, WhatsApp or any other way to chat in real time with a mentor.
Partnership and collaboration
I believe partnership is something necessary to grow as a community and as a the number 1 web3 platform, however, this partnerships have to be focused in attractiving more hive users and being cost efficient.
One of the big issues I see in some Hive sponsorships relate to not having the sponsored people creating Hive accounts, so they only see Hive as a money giving institution who do not care who they are giving the money to.
I say it would be nice to have the sponsored people create a Hive account and use it before getting a great sponsorships from us, more so when planning to be one of the top sponsors in their activities.
We can still collaborate, but this has to be more controlled about what we are getting from it and how much it will cost.
Business
This is one of the greatest advantages Hive can bring use. The use of HBD can help businesses to use a more stable currency than their national currency, which followed by the opportunity to send it to businesses across the globe, can develop partnerships and transactions with no border issues or exchange difficulties, as we all know 1 HBD will be 1 HBD anywhere.
Bringing into account that no political institution can touch the HBD, all businesses no mare how big or small they are, can have another way to receive payments and people from countries who do not support the same currency or banking system, can use HBD to purchase goods or services anywhere they are.
Involvement
Yes, I am interested in helping, as I believe I am one of the greatest Hive stakeholders in Colombia, and I feel I am more connected to its values than ever before.
I'm working on bringing more people to the ecosystem, using my example and stake to bring confidence, as I accept HBD and Hive with distriator in my business and I support other business whoa accept HBD as my first purchase choice, but I also write articles and I have a good investment amount in HP.
I had a first onboarding wave, and I'm planning to make a "posteaton" to bring those interested in networking with other hivers, since I believe we need to show businesses that there is people willing to pay with Hive/HBD so they will be more willing to accept it as a payment method.
I would also like to be a speaker and a representative of Hive at public and private events, not only because of my strong commitment but also because I believe I have the capabilities learned by my other jobs (Grow coaching trainer at Concentrix) to be able to give information to lots of people at once.
