As @dubydoo25 says, their technology would come handy in this situation. However, I recommend hovering motocultivator. That would keep the blades of the mud and no need to clean them after plowing.

The blades of the plow are immersed in "liquid laser". That is the best as I managed to translate from Anunnaki language. Basically, you leave the bottle of the liquid in the sun whole day, it absorbs the energy and later it projects sun energy downwards to the earth making it crumble.
