VeChains CEO, Sunny Lu, has met the Belgium Prime Minister Alexander de Croo. De Croo is also the Minister of Development Cooperation, Digital Agenda, Telecom and Postal Services in Belgium. Both talked about the added value that VeChain can bring to digital initiatives in Belgium.
Sunny Lu tweeted this morning that he was on his way to Brussels. What they exactly talked about is not clear but I do think this can only be positive. I guess it’s a strong signal that there is interest in what VeChain is doing and Crypto in general.
That VeChain seems like a professional team is obvious. However, not that much people know that Sunny Lu has a long track record in the business world. I guess that is one of the reasons he has such easy access to this kind of meetings.
De Croo is known for his progressive approach within the Flemish media. These kinds of meetings make me strongly believe that there is a future for VeChain and blockchain technology in general.
The price of VeChain did not sky rocket since this meeting but I notice a lot of positive news around this “currency”. I also noticed despite all the announced collaborations that there is not that much growth for VeChain lately. However, it is still one of my favourite investments.
