We have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And even though I love it, it's not all mornings I have an hour to spend in the kitchen to cook up the most amazing meal.
Some mornings I feel like spending five minutes maximum in the kitchen, and that's those days when a big, fruity smoothie just has to happen.
Mango//Raspberry smoothie: ❤️
For about 1 litre of this amazing smoothie you will need:
🌱 1 Banana.
🌱 A handful oats.
🌱 1 dl raspberries, frozen.
🌱 1 mango, fresh or frozen.
🌱 5-6 icecubes.
🌱 2 dl. Cold water or oatmilk.
🌱 Fresh mint.
🌱 Optional: A handful cashews.
How to do it:
The amazing thing about this smoothie is that it's so easy. Just throw all the ingredients in your blender, and mix it for a minute or two.
