Some animals eat their own shit because the bacteria in the colon has converted indigestible plant material into nutrients the body can use. Eat shit, vegans.

BTW, which animals are you gonna exploit for their shit? Shit's an animal product isn't it. I suppose you'll get it where those veggie crop farmers get it – from factory farms. Or are you just gonna eat your own?

About B12:

In adults typical deficiency symptoms include loss of energy, tingling, numbness, reduced sensitivity to pain or pressure, blurred vision, abnormal gait, sore tongue, poor memory, confusion, hallucinations and personality changes. Often these symptoms develop gradually over several months to a year before being recognised as being due to B12 deficiency and they are usually reversible on administration of B12. There is however no entirely consistent and reliable set of symptoms and there are cases of permanent damage in adults from B12 deficiency. If you suspect a problem then get a skilled diagnosis from a medical practitioner as each of these symptoms can also be caused by problems other than B12 deficiency.

Infants typically show more rapid onset of symptoms than adults. B12 deficiency may lead to loss of energy and appetite and failure to thrive. If not promptly corrected this can progress to coma or death. Again there is no entirely consistent pattern of symptoms. Infants are more vulnerable to permanent damage than adults. Some make a full recovery, but others show retarded development.

Claimed sources of B12 that have been shown through direct studies of vegans to be inadequate include human gut bacteria, spirulina, dried nori, barley grass and most other seaweeds. Several studies of raw food vegans have shown that raw food offers no special protection.

All the above quotes from Vegan Society link. Whatever. Your Vegan Society says that people older than 50 should eat 'fortified' food. So, you need to rely on Monsanto and other Big Pharma to STAY ALIVE!

I eat organic food from a local farm – grass-fed animals, raw dairy, veg. My food provides me everything I need – just like it has for thousands and thousands of years for our ancestors. They didn't rely on fake chemical products.

Cooking for my family. I never imposed my diet on anyone else. My kids still wanted to eat meat and I respected their wishes. Being the only one able to cook, it was up to me to provide their food. I didn't like it at the time, but I love my kids more than I love animals.

In Italy, they're in the process of passing a child protection law. If it goes through, it's gonna be illegal to feed a child a vegan diet because they know it's damaging to health. Of course, the selfish vegans are fighting this. Saying it discriminates against them. They're putting animals before their own children. Idiots. Maybe it's a good thing. At least their genes will be eradicated from the gene pool.

Vegan athletes. There are athletes that eat meat too. What's your point?

Cholesterol:

You have low cholesterol? Congratulations, you're likely to die younger than someone with high cholesterol. Cholesterol – it's not the bad guy.
