I always have a lot of bananas on hand.
If I am out driving I will buy them for a snack from the supermarket.
I love them and I'm actually just as happy to have them as I would be to indulge in pastries or other food that isn't so great for us.
I often have too many and they will ripen too fast to be good to eat. Its great the way we can use these too ripe bananas in baking and desserts.
I made these this morning to have something satisfying without any added sugar and fat.
The dough was very sticky so they look pretty ugly.
They do taste good, but next time I think I will try putting in an extra banana or two.
One of my mum's vintage china plates.
Mash and mix the bananas really well so they are distributed well through the mixture.
Ugly but good.

They aren't ugly at all!! Can't wait to give them a try. I'm a huge banana fan as well :)
Thank you! They weren't going out in public so doesn't matter how they looked.
All the same ugly :D
But the banana is delicious, yeah
Yes and next time I'll put in one or two more.
It doesn't matter how they look, it's the taste that matters! :D
Seems easy to make and I absolutely love everything with bananas :D
The original recipe had half a cup of sugar but I left it out.
