You are so right on. The only essential nutritional need that is not available in plant based products is vitamin B-12. Although it may be possible to get enough B-12 in yeast based products, it is sketchy, and vegans should take a B-12 supplement. B-12 is completely safe, you can take huge doses safely and not worry about overdose, and so climb on the uber-healthy plant based whole food lifestyle, prevent global deforestation, global warming, and improve your own personal health all the while avoiding the cruel animal husbandry industry, and avoiding the needless slaughter of animals.
