I want to share with you guys something that I have personally become very passionate and excited about which is a plant based diet! I went literally from the guy who ate 8 chicken thighs a day, 1-2 steaks and a gallon of milk every single day to a vegan and I was definitely the last person to do it.
There are a lot of proven health benefits and the WHO (World Health Organization) has placed meats into a carcinogenic grouping due to proven increases in cancer rates. Lately I've seen a lot of people with cancer around me and even a close friend of mine had cancer, it terrifies me! Along with that there are personal benefits like less mucous, more energy, clearer skin and it's pushed me to learn to really cook and I absolutely love it!
Check out my review and see what I have to say for it after 3 years of being vegan! Thanks for checking out my post everyone, I appreciate you guys!

LOL a mucus party. I haven't heard that one before. I can totally relate on the mornings being better. I used to be so tired getting out of bed in the morning. Now, no effort. Uh oh doh I'm about to hit Dtube with my 4 year vegan review so you better be thinking of what your title for next year is going to be, now.
way too much mucous with milk! Hahaha I'll start brainstorming now ;D
My husband and I decided to eat plant based at the beginning of this year. We accidentally watched a documentary that we couldn’t unwatch and voila… we eat all plant everything now. I love it. We both feel great, my morning jogs are slightly faster, our dinners leave us satiated and it’s been much easier than one would think. You’re right about others looking to you as a diet authority… I think this part is a little strange for I’m often teased at work for not eating animals or dairy but moments later am asked questions like “what vitamins do strawberries have” by the same person who was teasing me. Haha… thanks for sharing. Let food be thy medicine ✌️
That's how they get you! A little interest, you watch a doc, you open your eyes to it and it's history! Glad you're lovin it!
I went Vegan for the reverse reason than you it was an ethical choice from the beginning before that I had been Vegetarian since the age of 12 but was heavily cheese addicted. After 6 months my rheumatoid arthritis went bye bye after having aggressive attacks for 10 years. My IBS has gotten at least 75% better and I am off my Asthma meds and only have an inhaler for emergencies. Dairy is definitely the worst. I suffer from a genetic condition that is slowly killing my nerves but I can still do a lot of things my neurologist says I should not be able to, it is also progressing a lot slower than expected I attribute some of this to my diet as well.
Wow that's phenomonal! That's amazing that taking it out has been able to help so much
Nods, but it also shows how really toxic the stuff is and they put it in everything it is insane ...
The ethical gains are real.
Vegan food and life is so much easier than most people think. Keep on going 👍☮️
