Today I'm gonna show you how to make a peanut pâté recipe using a peanut milk pulp. Peanut milk is a vegetable milk naturally lactose free, nutritious and delicious that you can use to replace cow's milk in recipes, drink with coffee or pure as well. You can check the peanut milk recipe here.
The peanut pâté you can use to spread on bread, eat with crackers or whatever way you want! You can make this pâté savory or sweet as well, your choice!
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cup peanut milk residue
1 tbsp chimichurri
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper and salt to taste
Water until the desired texture
Instructions:
Put the peanut pulp into a bowl, add chimichurri, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, mix it up and add water until the desired texture (it depends on how dry your peanut pulp is). You can use your favorite seasonings. That's it!
