Hi Guys, here is my recipe for healthy and simple pancakes! I hope you will try them out - you won't regret it, I promise ;)
These Pancakes have only 4 ingredients! I love them. So simple, so delicious :D
What you will need:
1 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup almond flour
1 ripe banana
1 cup non-dairy milk (I used soy :)
Toppings:
Chocolate almond spread (1 tbsp almond butter mixed with a tbsp of agave/maple syrup, 1 tsp of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of non-dadiry milk)
strawberries
walnuts
banana
Anything you like...
First blend your oats into a flour. Then add your almond flour, your non-dairy milk and the banana and blend until very smooth. Depending on you desired consistency, you could add more non-dairy milk to thin the batter. Now heat your non-stick pan to medium heat and make your healthy simple pancakes. You don't need to add any oil, they should flip very easy. Add any toppings you want. I really recommend trying the chocolate almond spread though - it is delicious. Enjoy!
This recipe made 7 medium-sized pancakes.
Tip: you can easily store any leftovers in the fridge or freezer and reheat them in the toaster!
Substitutions:
Substitute the almond butter for peanut butter or any other nut or seed butter.
If you don't have almond flour, you could use 2 tbsp of coconut flour or more oat flour.
