Its true u have to eat more, but actually when u first go vegan your body detoxes so takes a while to get used to it. Aduzaki beans make u feel really full so much protein and iron. there are many alternative if u miss your comforts, there are vegan alternatives to bacon and eggs. Do u think u will stay vegan, the craving for the high fat cholesterol foods will go away especially if u avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee. Use Himalaya salt and natural sugars like agave or coconut, craving reduce so much! your body will love u for it.

Hey there!! Thank you very much, for your comment, it is really important for us to learn and be opened for new things. You're absolutly right, the body needs more time to get use to for the new and healtiher foods. We absolutly enjoyed the fact, we try out , and we added some vegan choices to our regular diet, for isntance, humous or toffu, more veggies which I think a nice plus in our life.
