Vegan Peanut Butter Oat And Dragon Fruit Protein Bites

Ok ok, I know they look like meatballs shaped like hearts but these are pink in color due to the Dragon fruit powder. Very delicious and vegan!
Mix wet ingredients together first:
1 cup of natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Now add in the dry ingredients:
2 cups whole rolled oats
1 1/4 cups Smart 138 vanilla pea protein
1/8 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons Smart 138 dragon fruit powder
Optional for the extra sweet tooth: 2 tsp of Smart 138 pure monk fruit
Mix everything together until it starts sticking together and then shape into balls. Freeze for 30 minutes and then store in the refrigerator after that.
